Effervescent du Monde, gold medal for Sicilian bubbles signed Colomba Bianca

The Lavì Grillo Extra Dry sparkling wine, produced from grapes that grow in perfect symbiosis with the territory, obtains the prize: “the comparison with historical areas of the world and renowned for the production of bubbles, is fundamental to have an index and understand if the direction taken is the right one – comments Mattia Filippi (Uva Sapiens), wine consultant of Colomba Bianca – the gold medal, obtained for the second consecutive year with the same label, is a confirmation of the quality and recognizability of Colomba Bianca products. »
In Italy, only three wineries, including Colomba Bianca, have achieved one of the most prestigious international awards in the wine sector, which brings together 25 countries, 500 sparkling wines, 80 international judges and rigorous selection standards.
